Unfortunately, you can't use the JustVoip application, because UAE is one of the countries that blocked the VOIP services. Other countries that doesn't allow the VOIP communication are: China, Oman, Syria, Turkey, Malaysia, Bahrain, Belize, Iran, Kuwait, Libya, North Korea, Pakistan, Thailand, Tunisia and Vietnam.

this could be due to your ISP blocking P2P applications, as many do these days. or it could be that you have a weak wireless connection (if your on wireless).
1 check your firewall first and add justvoip to the exceptions list 2 check your ISP's terms of use to see if they block P2P (it would be in their fair usage policy) 3 go onto justvoip's forums and ask for support there
JustVoip requires to much time to connect when I'm starting my computer. Can you help?

In order to fix the connection issue, make sure your security program and Windows firewall doesn't block the connection and close all unnecessary programs that may use your Internet bandwidth. Also, go to Start, type msconfig and open the utility. Press the Startup tab and un-check the boxes next to the programs you don't need to start when you open your computer. After that, reboot the PC and try again. If you still have issues, uninstall the software and download and install its latest version.
